About Diebolt Brewing Company
The Diebolt family have a long and rich history of fermentation. It all began with the cousins making their own Champagne back in the old country, France. Next came Dan’s father who would press his own grapes for wine every year.
As time went on, Dan picked up where his dad left off and started brewing his own beer in his basement – homebrewing was born! But it didn’t end there, Jack took it to the next level when he moved out to Colorado, starting a craft brewery that is still going strong today.
The Diebolts are the perfect example of how passion can be passed down through generations – no matter if it’s Champagne or craft beer! Their story is truly inspiring and shows us that you don’t need fancy equipment or ingredients to make something delicious – just passion and love for what you do!
